- Strip bike to bare frame, inspect, clean and wax
- Refit & setup gears
- Refit & setup brakes
- Fully service headset grease and rebuild
- Wheels trued and hubs serviced (replace bearings if required)
- Check chain and cassette for wear
- Bottom bracket checked greased or replaced
- Remove seatpost clean and replace
- Check all torque settings
- Check tyre condition and inflate
- New bar tape fitted if required
